Job Description
Dugout 63, a new sports-themed café in Bengaluru, is hiring an experienced Junior Chef specialising in Chinese and Continental cuisine.
We are looking for someone who can independently prepare café-style dishes, maintain food quality and support daily kitchen operations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare Chinese dishes, including noodles, fried rice and chilli-based preparations.
- Prepare Continental dishes, including pasta, sandwiches, burgers and salads.
- Follow standard recipes and maintain consistent taste and portion sizes.
- Assist the Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain food hygiene, cleanliness and proper ingredient storage.
- Handle orders efficiently during busy service hours.
- Minimise food wastage and maintain kitchen discipline.
Requirements✅ Minimum 3 years of professional cooking experience.
✅ Strong knowledge of Chinese and Continental cuisine.
✅ Experience working in cafés, restaurants or commercial kitchens.
✅ Ability to prepare dishes independently.
✅ Must currently be living in Bengaluru.
✅ Must be available to join immediately in November 2026.
Salary₹25,000 per month (Fixed)
