Job Description
- Food Preparation: Prepare traditional Karnataka-style dishes, snacks, meals, and especially various tambulis, curries, and regional recipes with consistent taste and quality.
- Quality & Cleanliness: Follow our clean-food philosophy strictly—no chemical additives or artificial colors, using only natural ingredients like sea salt and jaggery.
- Kitchen Team Management: Guide and support commis chefs and kitchen helpers to ensure smooth daily kitchen operations.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Check daily ingredient requirements, ensure food freshness, and minimize kitchen waste.
- Kitchen Hygiene: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen as per FSSAI and company guidelines.
Requirements:Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in South Indian or traditional Karnataka-style cooking. Prior experience as a CDP or Assistant CDP is preferred.
Passion: A genuine interest in traditional, authentic, and clean-label food preparation.
Skills: Good teamwork, punctuality, and the ability to maintain food quality during peak hours.
