Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients regarding project requirements and collect project details.
- Coordinate with clients and architects through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Arrange and dispatch material samples to clients as required.
- Attend client meetings and occasionally visit project sites.
- Prepare presentations, quotations, and project-related documents.
- Coordinate with the factory and internal teams for sample preparation and dispatch.
- Follow up with clients regarding samples, project updates, and requirements.
- Maintain proper records of client details and project progress.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva.
- Good presentation and coordination skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients and architects.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and occasional site visits.
- Organized, responsible, and proactive approach to work.
