Roles and Responsibilities

• Increasing orders, sales, margin, and share through world-class clinical consulting, strong customer relationships, and educational support for regional sales team, local/national “show sites” and regional customer base.
• Broadening knowledge of own sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups to execute policy/strategy. Still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.
• Understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.
• Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
• Resolving issues in situations that require commercial knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
• Communicating with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and Company.
• Explains technical information to doctors.

Required Qualifications

• This role requires 2 plus years of experience in Sales & Clinical Sales. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
