Position: Collections Associate
What You'll Do
- Connect with customers regarding pending payments.
- Build positive customer relationships while resolving payment-related queries.
- Follow up on outstanding dues and achieve collection targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
Eligibility
- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
- PUC / Diploma / Any Graduate.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Work Schedule
🕘 Flexible Shift: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
📅 Weekly Off: Sunday
