Job Description

We are hiring Collection Executives for our client for the Bangalore location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with customers regarding pending payments and outstanding dues.
  • Handle collection and recovery activities through regular customer follow-ups.
  • Communicate with customers professionally and handle payment-related queries.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and collection status.
  • Achieve assigned collection targets.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and closure of pending payments.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Kannada and English are mandatory.
  • Candidate should know any one additional language: Telugu / Tamil / Hindi.
  • Candidates with collection, recovery, telecalling or customer-handling experience are preferred.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
