Job Description
• Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue EMI/payments. • Follow up with customers and remind them about due dates and pending amounts. • Explain repayment options and payment procedures clearly. • Negotiate and convince customers for timely payment closure. • Handle customer concerns and provide resolutions. • Update call records and customer responses in CRM/system. • Achieve daily and monthly collection targets. • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required.
