Job Description
Roles & Responsibility
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan EMIs and outstanding loan balances.
- Remind customers about payment due dates, pending instalments, and repayment schedules.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely repayment of outstanding dues.
- Obtain Promise to Pay (PTP) commitments and monitor whether promised payments are received.
- Understand the reasons for payment delays and update customer responses in the collection system.
- Handle customer objections, repayment-related queries, and payment disputes professionally.
- Explain approved repayment options and payment procedures to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, payment commitments, and follow-up dates.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and achieving collection Milestones
.
