Job Description

Positions: Biryani Cook / Chinese Cook

Department: Kitchen

Experience: 0–3 years preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quality biryani or Chinese dishes as per menu standards.
  • Maintain food quality, taste and presentation.
  • Follow kitchen SOPs, hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Manage daily kitchen preparation and maintain cleanliness.
  • Ensure timely food preparation and minimise wastage.
