Connecto is a voice-first social platform designed for India, enabling real-time human connections through audio interactions. Whether it’s casual conversations or deeper, meaningful exchanges, Connecto offers a safe and inclusive space for users to express themselves freely. Through private calls, voice chat rooms, and live discussions, Connecto helps users across the country build genuine connections and communities.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Engage with Tamil hosts on Connecto to build relationships and increase user retention.

2. Monitor community discussions and respond to queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

3. Assist in creating and implementing community engagement strategies to increase user participation.

4. Collaborate with the content team to develop language content that resonates with the community.

5. Analyse user feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for community improvement.

6. Help organise and promote virtual and in-person community events to foster connections among users.

7. Support the team in various administrative tasks related to community management and communication.

This is a 3-months, Work from Office internship, Located in HSR Layout, Bangalore.
