Confectionery StaffJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Confectionery Staff member with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in confectionery manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day production activities, ensuring product quality and consistency, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting the production team.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of confectionery production processes, standard recipes, raw material handling, hygiene, GMP standards, and production supervision.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise day-to-day confectionery production operations.
• Prepare and process confectionery products according to approved recipes, formulations, and quality standards.
• Monitor production processes to ensure consistent product quality, taste, texture, and appearance.
• Ensure proper handling, weighing, mixing, processing, and storage of raw materials.
• Monitor the availability and usage of raw materials and report shortages when required.
• Maintain strict food hygiene, sanitation, food safety, and GMP standards throughout the production process.
• Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of production areas, equipment, and workstations.
• Coordinate with the Quality Assurance and Maintenance teams to resolve production and quality-related issues.
• Monitor production equipment and report breakdowns or maintenance requirements promptly.
• Maintain daily production records, wastage records, batch details, and inventory records.
• Train, guide, and supervise production staff to ensure proper execution of assigned tasks.
• Monitor production targets and ensure timely completion of daily production schedules.
• Identify production bottlenecks and support implementation of process improvements.
• Minimize material wastage while maintaining required product quality.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of finished products as per food safety requirements.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality control guidelines.
• Report production, quality, inventory, or operational issues to the concerned supervisor/manager.
• RequirementsMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience in confectionery manufacturing or production.
• Practical knowledge of confectionery production processes and standard recipes.
• Good understanding of food hygiene, food safety, and GMP standards.
• Experience in handling raw materials, production equipment, and finished products.
• Experience in maintaining production and inventory records.
• Ability to supervise, train, and coordinate with production staff.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality.
• Ability to identify production issues and take appropriate corrective action.
• Good teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet daily production requirements.
• Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with hands-on experience in confectionery, bakery, sweets, chocolate, or related food manufacturing will be preferred.
• Should be quality-conscious, disciplined, and committed to maintaining hygiene and food safety standards.
• Should be comfortable handling production responsibilities and supervising a team.
