Job Description

  • Welcome and engage customers entering the store.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
  • Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
  • Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits.
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant products.
  • Maintain proper product displays and visual merchandising standards.
  • Keep the sales counter and store area clean and organized.
  • Support billing, stock checks, and inventory activities when required.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on promotions.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Follow company policies, grooming standards, and customer-service procedures.
  • Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
