Job Description
Key roles and responsibilities:
*Develop, review, and update the curriculum to meet educational standards.
Plan academic calendars, lesson plans, and assessment schedules.
*Support and guide teachers in curriculum implementation.
Monitor classroom instruction and provide constructive feedback.
*Organize teacher training and professional development programs.
Analyze student performance data and recommend improvements.
*Work with school leadership to improve teaching and learning outcomes.
*Introduce innovative teaching methods, technology, and learning resources.
Communicate with parents and stakeholders on curriculum-related matters when required.
Maintain curriculum documentation and prepare academic reports.
Skills required:
*Strong leadership and communication skills.
*Knowledge of curriculum design and assessment methods.
*Planning and organizational abilities.
*Problem-solving and analytical skills.
*Ability to mentor and collaborate with teachers.
