Cost To Company – 2.29 to 2,41 lacks per annum

Shift: Morning /General & Split shift

Versant: 4 for voice

Position Summary: First point of contact to the customers.

Key Responsibilities and Summary:

Call Centre Associate Roles &

Responsibilities:•      Managing Inbound and/or outbound calls

•      Following various communication scripts when speaking to a customer;

•      Identifying customer needs, calls should be answered in weekend & festivals ;

•      Upselling products and services wherever possible;

•      Building sustainable customer relationships;

•      Keeping records of all conversations organized;

•      Building product knowledge; and improving performance and achieve targets.

•      Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
