Job ResponsibilitiesBuyer Calling & Conversion

• Call buyers who have shown interest in listed vehicles.
• Understand their requirements and confirm their interest.
• Coordinate with sellers to check vehicle availability.
• Connect buyers and sellers and schedule a convenient meeting.
• Convert interested buyers into confirmed ATVs (Appointments to Visit).

ATV Management

• Schedule and confirm buyer-seller meetings.
• Update meeting details and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Follow up with buyers and sellers for pending confirmations.
• Reconnect with buyers when meetings are not scheduled.

Customer Handling

• Clearly communicate meeting location, date and time.
• Handle basic customer questions and objections.
• Maintain professional communication with buyers and sellers.

Target & Process

• Achieve daily and monthly ATV targets.
• Meet calling and productivity targets.
• Follow calling scripts, SOPs and CRM processes.
• Maintain accurate CRM updates and follow-up records.
• Highlight recurring issues to the Team Leader.
• Skills RequiredGood verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and objection-handling skills.
• Good coordination and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable working with targets and high-volume calls.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
