Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Multi-Channel Support: Respond to inbound customer inquiries promptly via Live Chat, Email, Phone, and Social Media channels.
  • Order & Exception Management: Efficiently process orders, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds within our e-commerce backend platform according to company SOPs.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve complex delivery challenges, missing packages, shipping delays, and payment/billing discrepancies by collaborating with warehouse and logistics partners.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date, comprehensive knowledge of our product catalog, sizing, and inventory availability to offer personalized recommendations and clear pre-purchase guidance.
  • CRM Documentation: Log and categorize all customer interactions accurately inside our ticketing/CRM software to ensure clean record-keeping and data tracking.
  • Feedback Loop: Identify recurring product defects, website technical glitches, or delivery bottlenecks and report them to management to help optimize the overall customer experience.
