Position 1 :
Customer Support Executive - Domestic Voice
Location: Kudlu Gate, Bangalore (AMR Tech Park)
Openings: 45 | Hiring: Freshers and experienced
About the role: Handle customer queries for a leading automobile brand over voice, with clear, courteous communication in Hindi and English.
Requirements
- Graduate in any stream
- Fluent in Hindi and English
- Age up to 35 years
- Willing to work rotational shifts (24 hrs, any shift)
Compensation and benefits
- Freshers: ₹23K CTC (₹20K in hand)
- Experienced: ₹25K CTC (₹23K in hand)
- PF and health insurance
Work pattern: 6-day week with one rotational off. Transport is not provided.
Interview process: Face-to-face HR round, client round and Versant test, at AMR Tech Park, Kudlu Gate, Bengaluru.
Position 2 :
Customer Support, Lead Generation
Location: Kudlu Gate, Bangalore (AMR Tech Park)
Openings: 50 | Hiring: Freshers and experienced
About the role: Reach out to and handle customer calls for a well-known lifestyle brand, generating and qualifying leads in Hindi and English.
Requirements
- 12th pass, diploma holder or graduate
- Fluent in Hindi and English
- Age up to 35 years
- Comfortable with rotational shifts
Shift options: 9 AM–6 PM, 10 AM–7 PM, 11 AM–8 PM, or 10 PM–7 AM
Compensation and benefits
- Freshers: ₹25K CTC
- Experienced: ₹28K CTC
- PF and health insurance
Work pattern: 6-day week with one rotational off. Transport is not provided.
