Job Description: Customer Care Executive (Voice & Sales Process)
We are seeking Customer Care Executives to join our team for Voice and Sales processes. The role involves handling customer calls, addressing queries, providing information about products/services, and supporting sales through effective communication.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 12th pass
• Age: 18–30 years
• English and Hindi communication is mandatory
• Ability to understand and resolve customer queries
• Prior customer service or sales experience is an advantage
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Manage and resolve customer queries and complaints
• Provide accurate information about products/services
• Identify customer needs and assist with suitable solutions
• Achieve assigned sales targets and goals
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through quality service
• Follow company processes and communication guidelines
