📌 Position: Customer Support Executive
👨 Gender: Male Candidates Only
Eligibility & Requirements
🎓 Education: Graduation is mandatory.
💼 Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO / Customer Support, preferably in inbound or outbound processes.
🗣️ Languages: Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
🎯 Age Limit: Up to 32 years.
🤝 Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
📞 Ability to handle customer queries, requests, and complaints professionally.
💻 Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/customer support systems.
⏱️ Willingness to work as per business requirements and process timings.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Resolve customer queries and complaints within defined timelines.
Maintain accurate customer information and update records in the system.
Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve customer issues.
Follow company processes, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Compensation & Benefits
💰 Salary: ₹4.2 LPA
💵 Take-home: Approximately ₹30,000 per month
