💵 Take-Home: Approx. ₹18,500–₹20,000
🗣️ Languages: English + Hindi / Kannada / Tamil / Malayalam (as per process requirements)
- 📌 Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle customer calls and resolve banking-related queries.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Identify customer needs and promote suitable banking products.
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records and follow company guidelines.
🕒 Shift Timings👨 Male: 24/7 rotational shifts
👩 Female: 7 AM–7 PM shift window (9-hour shift)
