Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Identify customer needs and promote relevant products/services.
• Achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow company processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
• Freshers and candidates with 0–3 years of experience can apply.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Kannada or any other regional languages.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel proficiency.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
