Job Description
Job Title: International Voice Process Executive & Team Leader
Location: Marathahalli & BTM, Bangalore
Openings:
- International Voice Sales – CIT & LCS (1 year experience)
- International Voice Customer Support – VBT (Freshers can apply)
- Team Leader – CIT & LCS (1–2 years of US/UK voice team handling experience)
Requirements:
- PUC/12th or Graduates; graduates preferred for Team Leader roles.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Willing to work in US/UK night shifts.
- International sales experience required for CIT & LCS executive roles.
- Knowledge of CSAT, quality, shrinkage and attrition required for Team Leaders.
Benefits: Salary hike based on last drawn salary (experienced candidates), night shift allowance, incentives, yearly bonus, meals and two-way cab facility.
Joining: Immediate for Team Leaders; 23 October 2026 for CIT & LCS executives.
