Job Summary:Star Media Network Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, ensure smooth client servicing, and contribute towards business growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

• Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship ManagementHandle client inquiries professionally through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Resolve client concerns and escalations promptly.
• Client Follow-Ups & ConversionsConduct regular follow-ups with leads and enrolled clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Coordinate with clients regarding shoots, projects, events, and deliverables.
• Assist in lead conversion and business generation activities.
• Operations CoordinationCoordinate with Production, Backend, Front Office, and Management teams.
• Ensure smooth execution of client projects and commitments.
• Track project status and provide timely updates to clients.
• Monitor client feedback and share reports with management.
• Documentation & ReportingMaintain client databases and records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Update CRM software and Excel records regularly.
• Ensure proper documentation of all client communications.
• Business Development SupportGenerate referrals and repeat business opportunities.
• Support branch revenue targets through effective client management.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
• Required Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer handling and relationship-building abilities.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Qualification:Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
• Experience:0–5 years in CRM, Client Servicing, Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, or related profiles.
