Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, multilingual CRM Executive to handle customer communications, track sales leads, and maintain accurate records. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, and messaging.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales lead statuses in the database.
- Address customer inquiries, track order updates, and resolve issues promptly.
- Follow up with prospective clients and coordinate with internal sales and billing teams.
Qualifications
- Languages: Mandatory fluency in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada.
- Experience: Freshers welcome (prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or CRM support is a plus).
- Skills: Basic MS Excel/computer knowledge, good verbal communication, and quick learning ability.
