Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries related to Packers & Movers services.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable service options.
  • Follow up with customers and convert leads into successful bookings.
  • Explain service benefits, pricing, and process clearly to customers.
  • Use strong convincing and communication skills to close customers.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Ability to handle customer objections and convert leads.
  • Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
  • English & Hindi required.
  • Work From Home.
