Job Description

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and other communication channels with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and timely information about products and services.
  • Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with customer accounts through effective communication.
  • Record and update customer interactions in CRM and back-office systems to ensure data accuracy.
  • Support operational activities including documentation, account processing, and coordination with internal teams.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring satisfaction and timely resolution.
  • Assist in generating leads and supporting sales initiatives where required.
  • Monitor and follow communication guidelines, policies, and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with team leads and managers to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of service.
