Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Inquiries & Communication: Answer phone calls, emails, live chat messages, and social media queries promptly and professionally.
  • Problem Resolution: Listen to customer complaints with empathy, troubleshoot technical or account issues, and offer practical solutions, refunds, or replacements. 
  • Orders & Transactions: Process product orders, handle returns and exchanges, manage billing inquiries, and verify payment details.
  • Record Keeping: Log customer interactions, update account details, and track support tickets inside a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. 
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain deep, up-to-date familiarity with company policies, pricing, features, and troubleshooting guides. 
  • Escalations & Collaboration: Route complex technical or legal problems to specialized internal teams and follow up to ensure closure.
