Customer Success Executive

At Cura Care, we’re building a new way to access professional skin care by bringing expert skin services directly to people’s homes. As we grow, we’re looking for a Customer Success Executive to join our team and help us create an experience that customers genuinely love.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, solving problems, keeping things organised and making sure no customer ever feels unheard or overlooked.

What you’ll be doing:

• Guiding customers throughout their journey with Cura Care

• Handling customer queries, requests and follow-ups

• Working closely with the operations team to resolve issues and ensure a smooth experience

• Managing service schedules and coordinating with different teams

• Tracking customer feedback and identifying ways we can improve

• Building strong relationships with customers and making sure they feel supported and cared for

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Are good with people and communication

• Speak English and Hindi. Kannada is a plus

• Are organised, proactive and good at problem-solving

• Can handle multiple things without dropping the ball

• Are comfortable using CRM or customer support tools

• Have experience in customer success, hospitality, beauty or wellness. This is a plus, but not a deal-breaker
