Job Description

  1. Handle customer calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and chat queries in a professional and timely manner.
  2. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  4. Provide customers with accurate information regarding products, services, rentals, deliveries, and policies.
  5. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  6. Escalate complex issues to the team leader and track them.
  7. Coordinate order processing, renewals, and service requests.
  8. Prepare daily reports and update customer support activities.
  9. Meet customer satisfaction and response time targets.
