Job Description

International – Voice Customer Support

Designation: Associate Customer Support / Senior Associate Customer Support

Job Location: Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent | Work from Office

Eligibility: Undergraduates and graduates may apply..

Experience: Freshers and Experienced

Required Skills: Excellent voice communication, customer-handling and problem-solving skills; basic computer proficiency and working knowledge of MS Office; typing speed of at least 20 WPM with 80% accuracy.

Transport: Two-way transportation will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer enquiries using cloud-based tools to review accounts, research policies and provide effective solutions.

• Deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service; document contact topics and actions in tools.

• Handle difficult customer interactions positively, escalate issues correctly, and maintain productivity and quality standards.

Interview Process: HR screening, typing test, SVARassessment (minimum score 60), Operations round, and HR / offer discussion.
