About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in customer support, excellent communication skills, and strong fluency in spoken English.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and concerns through calls, chats, emails, and other support channels.

Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, bookings, and processes.

Understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions within defined timelines.

Follow up with customers to ensure successful resolution of their concerns.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.

Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the appropriate team or manager.

Maintain a professional and courteous approach while interacting with customers.

Meet defined customer service, response time, and resolution targets.

Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback with the relevant teams.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in customer support / customer service / customer relationship roles.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Must be very fluent and confident in spoken English.

Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.

Ability to handle customers professionally, including difficult or escalated situations.

Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Comfortable working with computers, CRM systems, email, and MS Office.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates with experience in mobility, transportation, travel, e-commerce, or technology platforms will be an added advantage.
