Job Description
Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers.
Understand customer queries and provide accurate information and resolutions.
Handle payment-related queries and follow up on overdue accounts where required.
Negotiate suitable payment arrangements with customers professionally.
Maintain accurate customer and call records in the system.
Handle difficult customer situations with patience and empathy.
Follow company policies, process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Meet assigned quality, productivity, AHT, and customer satisfaction targets.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
Maintain professional communication throughout every customer interaction.
