Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and service-related issues.
- Handle queries related to prepaid and postpaid services.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate information and guidance.
- Maintain professional, polite, and customer-focused communication.
- Communicate effectively in English while handling customer interactions.
- Follow process guidelines, company policies, and customer service quality standards.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction during every interaction.
Candidate Requirements:
- Good proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Customer-focused and professional approach.
- Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.
- 6 Days Working.
- Willingness to work as per business and process requirements.
