Role: Customer Care Executive
Process: Voice / Customer Support
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through calls and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow company processes and meet quality and performance targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- EligibilityLanguages: Hindi & English – Mandatory
- Good verbal and communication skills.
- Minimum qualification: 12th / PUC or above.
