Job Description
Position: International Customer Support Executive
Headcount: 15 Male Candidates
📌 Eligibility Criteria
- Male candidates only.
- Minimum V6/V7 English quality required.
- Excellent communication skills in either:
- English + Hindi
- English + Malayalam
- Must have prior international voice process experience.
- UK or US client-handling experience is mandatory.
- Banking process experience is mandatory.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
💼 Job Responsibilities
- Handle international customer queries related to banking and financial services.
- Assist customers with banking transactions and account-related queries.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Verify customer information and maintain accurate records.
- Follow banking compliance, security guidelines and process procedures.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
💰 Salary Details
- CTC: ₹38,000 per month
- Take-Home: ₹32,000 per month
- Travel Allowance: ₹4,000 per month
- Total Monthly Earnings: ₹36,000
⏰ Work Schedule
- 5 Days Working
- 2 Rotational Week-Offs
- 10 Hours Shift
- Night Shift Timings:
- 1:30 PM – 12:00 AM
- 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
