Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our Customer Experience team. The role involves handling voice calls and chat support and ensuring customers receive quick, professional, and effective assistance throughout their rental journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer queries through WhatsApp, chat, and other support channels.
- Assist customers with bookings, extensions, payments, pickups, drops, refunds, and rental-related queries.
- Coordinate with ground operations, fleet, and backend teams to resolve customer issues.
- Handle complaints and escalations with patience and professionalism.
- Follow company SOPs and ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and update CRM/ticketing systems.
- Follow up with customers until the issue is resolved.
- Identify recurring customer issues and report them to the concerned team.
- Maintain required call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction standards.
