Customer Support Executive

Role Overview
We are looking for a patient, solution-oriented Customer Support Executive to be the main point of contact for our customers and give them a smooth pre- and post-purchase experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, live chat and social media
- Process daily orders, cancellations, refunds, returns and exchanges
- Give accurate information on products, pricing and policies
- Resolve complaints and troubleshoot product or service issues promptly
- Escalate complex issues and coordinate with sales, technical, billing and logistics teams
- Keep records of customer queries, complaints and resolutions
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Share customer feedback and report on common issues and trends
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills
- Patience, empathy and professionalism under pressure
- Ability to multitask across channels
- Prior customer support experience is an advantage
