Job OverviewWe are looking for customer-focused professionals with experience in International Voice Process / International BPO / Customer Support to join our team in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and be comfortable handling international customers over calls.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
• Understand customer queries and provide accurate resolutions.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
• Resolve customer issues within defined timelines and quality standards.
• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM/process systems.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
• Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in International Voice Process / International BPO / Customer Support.
• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts / international shifts, including night shifts.
• Candidates from US/UK/Australia international voice processes are preferred.
• Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred.
• Education12th Pass / PUC / Graduate.
• Graduation is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with relevant experience.

CompensationCTC: Up to ₹7.8 LPA, depending on experience, communication skills, current CTC, and interview performance.
