Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Assist customers with order status, delivery updates, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and operations teams to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved.
