Requirements


Good communication skills in English & Kannada.


Basic computer knowledge.


Basic Knowledge of WhatsApp, MS Excel/Word.


Good customer-handling skills.

Handle customer enquiries on WhatsApp and phone.


Follow up with customers and leads.


Assist walk-in customers and explain CCTV products.


Prepare quotations and bills/invoices.


Coordinate with the installation/service team.
