Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused E-commerce Support Specialist to be the voice of the company. You will interact with customers through WhatsApp, calls, and email while ensuring their queries and orders are handled efficiently from start to finish.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer support through WhatsApp, inbound calls, and email.
- Follow up on abandoned carts and bulk enquiries and convert them into orders.
- Track and resolve failed deliveries, refunds, and manual orders until closure.
- Reach out to new dropshipping sellers, conduct product/store demos, and assist with setup.
- Monitor orders and ensure delivery SLAs are met.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and technology teams through Slack and WhatsApp to resolve issues quickly.
- Maintain accurate customer and order information using Google Sheets and relevant CRM/helpdesk tools.
- Requirements0–1 year of experience in customer support.
- Clear spoken and written English, along with Hindi and/or Kannada.
- Comfortable handling chat, calls, and email simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets.
- Experience with a CRM or helpdesk tool is an added advantage.
- Strong ownership and follow-up skills with the ability to work independently.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Good to HaveExperience with Zoho, Interakt/WhatsApp Business, Shopify, dropshipping, POD, or apparel.
- Understanding of online selling, e-commerce, or order management.
