Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions. The candidate will work with different teams to identify trends, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, and analyze data from various sources.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Create and maintain reports using MS Excel and Power BI.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data and reports.
• Perform data validation and identify data discrepancies.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Support management with data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes wherever possible.
• Maintain proper documentation of reports, datasets, and analysis.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts, and data analysis.
• Basic to good knowledge of SQL.
• Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau is preferred.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and meet deadlines.
• Educational QualificationBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Commerce, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Freshers with relevant skills and certifications can also apply.
• Preferred CandidatesCandidates with experience in MIS, Reporting, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
