Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Enter, update and maintain accurate information in company databases and systems.
- Handle daily data entry tasks, including customer details, invoices, records and reports.
- Verify data for accuracy and correct errors or discrepancies.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital records.
- Prepare and update Excel spreadsheets and maintain daily reports.
- Manage documentation and ensure proper filing of records.
- Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and verification.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
- Required SkillsBasic computer knowledge and good typing speed.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Basic knowledge of email and internet operations.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
