About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and hands-on Digital Marketing Executive & Video Editor to manage and create digital content for schools and education-focused brands.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with social media management, graphic design, short-form video creation, video editing, and digital marketing campaigns.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Social Media

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social media platforms.
• Create and execute monthly social media content calendars.
• Develop content for school admissions, events, achievements, activities and celebrations.
• Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles.
• Support basic digital marketing and admission campaigns.
• Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.

Video & Reels

• Shoot and edit short-form videos/reels for schools.
• Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and promotional videos.
• Add captions, transitions, music, graphics and branding elements.
• Create engaging videos from school events, classroom activities and student achievements.
• Convert long-form footage into multiple short-form content pieces.

Creative Content

• Design social media posts, admission creatives, event posters and promotional materials.
• Maintain consistent branding across all school communication.
• Use tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects or similar software.
• What We Are Looking ForStrong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Good video editing and reel-making skills.
• Good knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
• Good creative sense and visual storytelling ability.
• Ability to independently plan and execute content.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to schools occasionally for photography/video shoots and events.

ImportantWe are looking for someone who can think, create and execute, rather than someone who only schedules posts.

The candidate should be able to take a requirement such as:

“We need an admission campaign for a school”

and independently contribute to the content idea → creative → reel → posting → campaign execution → performance tracking.

Salary₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.

Performance-based incentives may be provided for exceptional work.
