About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Digital Growth & AI Marketing Specialist who can manage the complete digital marketing ecosystem for our brand.

This is an execution-focused role. You will be responsible for paid advertising, social media, SEO, e-commerce listings, content, analytics and marketing automation, while using AI extensively to improve the speed and effectiveness of our marketing.

We are looking for someone who can think strategically, execute independently, analyse results and continuously optimise.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

• Plan, launch and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
• Manage budgets, targeting, retargeting and campaign performance.
• Track CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions and other key metrics.
• Continuously test creatives, audiences, offers and landing pages.

Social Media

• Manage Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Develop content calendars and campaigns.
• Coordinate and create posts, reels, stories and promotional content.
• Monitor engagement and identify opportunities for growth.

SEO & Content Optimisation

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimise website pages, product pages, categories and listings.
• Improve titles, descriptions, metadata, internal linking and content structure.
• Identify opportunities to improve organic traffic and search visibility.

E-commerce Management

• Create and optimise product listings.
• Manage product titles, descriptions, images, specifications and attributes.
• Improve product discoverability and conversion.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date online catalogues.

AI & Automation

• Use ChatGPT and other AI tools extensively for research, content creation, analysis and marketing workflows.
• Develop efficient AI-assisted processes for content and campaign production.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive marketing tasks.
• Work with WhatsApp and other automation tools for lead capture and follow-up.

Analytics & Optimisation

• Monitor GA4, Google Search Console, Meta and Google Ads data.
• Prepare regular performance reports.
• Identify what is working, what is not and what needs to change.
• Make decisions based on data rather than assumptions.

What We're Looking For

• 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Practical SEO experience.
• Experience managing e-commerce products/catalogues.
• Strong understanding of social media and content marketing.
• Comfortable working with analytics and performance data.
• Strong working knowledge of AI tools, particularly ChatGPT.
• Ability to use AI to improve productivity and marketing outcomes.
• Good copywriting and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of design and video content.
• Strong execution skills and ownership mindset.
