Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect large enterprise clients in the city.
- Build relationships with decision-makers in Admin, HR, Procurement, Facilities, and Travel teams.
- Conduct outbound cold calling, field visits, networking, and client meetings.
- Present Casa Melhor solutions, conduct property visits, and close enterprise deals.
- Manage the full sales pipeline and consistently meet revenue targets.
Key Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, corporate leasing, or hospitality sales.
- Strong communication, cold calling, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort with field-oriented sales and client visits.
