🎓 Eligibility & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.

3–5+ years of overall software/application development experience preferred.

2+ years of hands-on ERPNext/Frappe Framework development experience preferred.

Strong experience in Python and SQL development.

Prior experience in manufacturing ERP implementation/customization is strongly preferred.

Experience in leading or mentoring developers is preferred.

💡 Key Skills

Strong hands-on experience in ERPNext & Frappe Framework customization and development.

Good knowledge of Python, SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS and full-stack application development.

Strong understanding of REST APIs, integrations, databases, and application architecture.

Experience with Custom DocTypes, Workflows, Server Scripts, Client Scripts, Reports, Print Formats, Dashboards and Custom Apps.

Knowledge of MariaDB/MySQL, Git, Linux/Server environments and ERPNext deployment.

Experience in data migration, database optimization, backup, recovery and system troubleshooting.

Ability to integrate ERPNext with AppSheet, HRMS, accounting, production, inventory and third-party applications.

Strong understanding of manufacturing, purchasing, inventory, sales, accounting, HR and project workflows.

Strong knowledge of MIS reporting, KPIs, dashboards, data analysis and visualization.

👨‍💻 Role & Responsibilities

Lead ERPNext implementation, customization, development and continuous improvement.

Analyze business requirements and convert them into ERPNext workflows, DocTypes, modules, reports and automations.

Design and develop scalable, secure and maintainable ERPNext/Frappe solutions.

Guide and mentor the IT application development team in technical decisions and daily development activities.

Conduct code reviews, testing, technical reviews and quality checks.

Manage development priorities, milestones and deliverables.

Troubleshoot ERPNext, application, database, integration and performance issues.

Lead data migration and integration initiatives across existing and new business systems.

Develop management MIS reports, dashboards, KPIs and analytical solutions.

Maintain technical documentation, architecture documentation and development standards.

Work closely with management and department heads to understand business requirements and deliver effective technology solutions.
