Job Description
Candidates will be working in a EA (executive assistant) role for a Wedding Planning company. Job profile involves assisting a wedding planner, in vendor coordination and client management along with event day supervision and admin duties.
This job involves a lot of personal communication with clients, vendors and other agencies related to weddings.
Hence Communication skills are extremely important for candidates applying for this post.
Good understanding of Office Tools like MS Excel, Word , Powerpoint (or apple equivalent) are a must.
Preference but not mandatory:
Candidates applying should be savvy with Social media.
Familiarity with wedding industry would be a bonus.
