Factory Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Machine Shop Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing facility in Bengaluru. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring daily production targets are met, and leading a team of CNC/VMC/Conventional Machine Operators while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Planning: Manage the daily workshop schedule to meet production targets on time.
• Team Supervision: Guide, train, and manage machine operators, helpers, and technicians on the shop floor.
• Machine Operations: Oversee the setup and operation of CNC, VMC, and conventional milling or turning machines.
• Quality Control: Check finished components against engineering drawings using micrometres, vernier calipers, and gauges.
• Maintenance Coordination: Ensure routine preventive maintenance is carried out on machines to reduce breakdowns.
• Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace (5S compliance).

Job Requirements (Eligibility)

• Education: Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die Making, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience working in a machine shop or tool room environment (experience as a shift lead or supervisor preferred).
• Skills Needed:
• Strong understanding of CNC/VMC machine operations and basic programming.
• Ability to read industrial engineering blueprint drawings.
• Basic knowledge of computer
• Language: Fluent in Kannada and conversational Hindi or English to handle the floor team effectively.
