Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Land Acquisition Officer / Manager to identify and acquire suitable land parcels for residential development in the outskirts of Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify suitable residential development land.
  • Source land directly from landowners.
  • Negotiate land prices and acquisition terms.
  • Coordinate title verification, documentation and registration.
  • Maintain strong relationships with landowners and local brokers.

Preferred Locations: Hoskote, Sarjapur, Malur, Electronic City and Whitefield.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
